1. File Uploads and Storage

Your privacy is our absolute highest priority. When you upload a file (PDF, Image, etc.) to FormatConverter, it is uploaded to a secure, temporary server memory buffer. All files are permanently and automatically deleted from our servers within 15 minutes of processing. We do not keep backups, and we do not look at your files.

2. Data Collection

We do not require you to create an account to use our basic tools, meaning we do not collect your name, email, or personal identity. We temporarily log standard, anonymized server data (like browser type and error logs) purely to keep the website running smoothly and fix bugs.

3. Artificial Intelligence

For tools utilizing AI (like Background Removal or OCR), your files are processed securely on our own private servers. We do not use your personal files to train our AI models, nor do we send your files to third-party AI companies.
